No more “Oops, I’m out of $SOL for fees. With Rubic’s upcoming gasless feature, fees will be automatically covered in available tokens — making swaps smoother and more chain-abstracted than ever.
We’ll be ready to launch our gasless solution on Solana next week.
A gasless transaction doesn’t mean there’s literally no cost to process it — it just means you don’t have to pay that fee yourself. Instead, someone else covers it for you.
Here’s the basic flow:
1) You sign the transaction
– You still approve the action with your wallet (so security is intact), but you don’t attach gas funds.
2) A “relayer” steps in.
So in short:
You sign → relayer pays gas → transaction goes through → you save your SOL/ETH.
