  1. Relay Bridge integration

Relay Protocol is Now Live on 20 Networks!

We’re excited to announce that Relay Protocol — Rubic’s powerful new intent-based cross-chain swap provider — is officially live!

Relay is now available on:

Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Berachain, Blast, BSC, Ethereum, Linea, Manta, Mantle, Metis, Mode, Optimism, Polygon, Scroll, Soneium, Taiko, Unichain, ZkSync.

Unlike traditional bridges, Relay leverages a network of liquidity providers known as Relayers, who front their own capital to execute your swap requests instantly. On the backend, they rebalance funds across chains using slower bridges — so you enjoy fast swaps without the usual wait times.

  • Lightning-Fast Speed: Relayers handle the risk and fill your swaps optimistically, without waiting for global confirmations.
  • Lower Costs: By batching and delaying rebalancing, Relay spreads the bridge costs across many users, keeping things efficient and affordable.

  1. Coral Intents by Squid – Upcoming Integration

We’re excited to share that Rubic has deepened its commitment to intent-based infrastructure through the integration of Coral, the latest innovation from Squid.

Coral is built to make cross-chain transactions faster, cheaper, and more efficient by using RFQ (Request-for-Quote) auctions. It smartly combines both on-chain and off-chain liquidity, delivering the best possible execution while keeping blockchain interaction to a minimum.

What Coral brings to the table:

  • Up to 90% lower gas fees
  • Near-instant finality
  • MEV protection
  • Zero slippage

In addition, Coral utilizes General Message Passing (GMP) protocols like Axelar to enable secure and dependable cross-chain messaging—avoiding many of the vulnerabilities tied to traditional bridging solutions.

Currently, Coral is live on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Linea — with upcoming support for Optimism, Avalanche, Blast, and more.

On Rubic, Coral will be integrated across all supported networks, with expansion planned as new chains and assets are added.

  1. Solana Support via MetaMask Snap on Rubic

We’re thrilled to announce that next week, Rubic will support Solana through MetaMask Snaps! Thanks to MetaMask’s newly launched Solana Snap—powered by providers like Solflare—you’ll be able to:

  • Hold SOL and SPL tokens directly in MetaMask 
  • Send, receive, swap, bridge, and access Solana dApps without switching wallets 

What this means on Rubic:

  • Seamless integration of Solana swaps and bridges right inside MetaMask
  • Access to Rubic’s “Best Rate Finder” and aggregates across 90+ chains, now including Solana 
  • Same security and convenience, now extended to your Solana assets
